Usability Test Results Template
A simple and to-the-point usability testing template for product designers.
I've used this usability template to document the results of a usability test. Like most of my templates, it's short and to the point. One of the main goals of usability testing is to identify whether the new designs have any serious flaws.
The entire exercise becomes a risk mitigation session. At the end of usability testing, you either move forward with the new designs or redesign new design patterns.
